CROSS COUNTRY HEADS TO GREATER LOUISVILLE CLASSIC

MEET INFORMATION

Radford's cross-country teams head to Louisville on Saturday, Oct. 4 to compete in the Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic. Taking place at the E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park, the men's blue race will start at 10:45 a.m., while the women's blue race will begin at 11:30 a.m.

Numerous Highlanders are coming off personal best times at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational. Teresa Williamson earned an 11th place finish in the 6k race against some of the top programs in the country (Virginia Tech, North Carolina, Florida State) and was among the 16 Highlanders to post a personal best. Chaz Porter paced the men with a 26:21.30 finish in the 8k race.

The Highlanders will be competing against 44 teams in the Blue heat. Included in the Radford's race will be Kentucky, USF, West Virginia, and fellow Big South competitor Liberty.
