RADFORD TRAVELS TO ELON FOR SEASON-OPENING EVENT

RADFORD, Va. – With five returners and one highly-touted freshman, the Radford women's tennis team looks to take its veteran group to Elon, N.C. and make some noise this weekend at the Elon Fall Invitational hosted by the Phoenix at the Jimmy Powell Tennis Center.
Competition for the three-day event gets underway Friday at 9 a.m. In addition to Elon and the Highlanders, Wake Forest, Furman, UNC Asheville, Western Kentucky, UNC Greensboro, Western Carolina, USC Upstate, Liberty and North Carolina Central will be represented.
