  • With his third goal in 2015, Summers ties Sivert Daehlie for the team lead in scoring.

  • Eight of the Highlanders' 14 goals scored this season are by underclassmen.
  • Radford is 4-for-4 on penalty-kick conversions this season.
  • The Highlanders are off to their best start since the 1995 season when they opened with a 10-1-1 record.
  • RU improves to 6-0 in Big South openers under head coach Marc Reeves.

  • Aitor Pouseu Blanco recorded three saves en route to his third shutout of the season (10th career).

QUOTABLE
  • "Every conference game presents different challenges and this was a tough away contest. We controlled most of the possession, but we still must be better in creating cleaner looks at goal. It was great to get the win, however, now we must use all our resources and time to be ready again on Wednesday." ~ Radford head coach, Marc Reeves

UP NEXT
  • Radford hosts UNC Asheville on Wednesday, September 30.
  • Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. from Cupp Stadium.
