CREIGHTON FIRES CAREER-BEST 66 IN ROUND TWO OF ELON INVITE

BURLINGTON, N.C. – Myles Creighton carded the lowest round of his Radford career on the second 18 holes of the day, finishing with a five-under par 66 to stand in a tie for seventh place with a 36-hole total of 137.
Creighton birded four holes on the back nine to card a four-under 32 to go along with his six birdies in the round. The junior birded two holes during his first 18 holes of the invitational for an even par 71.
His previous career-best round came during the first round of the 2015-16 season at the Golfweek Program Challenge as Creighton shot a 67 to kick off the challenge on his way to fifth place finish.
Through two rounds, Creighton leads the invitational with an average score of 3.78 on Par 4s, collecting birdies on six holes.
Of the 10 rounds played on the day by the Highlanders, nine scores were in the 70s.
Nick Brediger is tied for 65th place after totaling a 36-hole score of 149, finishing the first 18 holes with a two-over par 73.
Standing in a tie for 67th and one stroke behind Brediger, Conner Lewis finished with identical 75s through the first two rounds.
