Presbyterian continued the momentum as a 7-1 run gave them a 19-17 lead on five Radford attack errors. The two conference foes traded points, before Palmer collect three straight kills to give Radford a 24-22 match point as Valerie Gonzalez finished off the second set with a kill.

QUOTABLE
  • "PC played tough today and served us tough, and unlike Friday night when our serve receivers held up, we were a little shaky in that aspect. But we came around in set four, we served the ball a little bit better and offensively we were able to outhit them. Obviously we're happy to be outright champions, but we've got to make sure moving forward that we continue to get better." ~ head coach Marci Jenkins

UP NEXT
  • Radford closes out the regular season on Nov. 10, hosting Charleston Southern in a 7 p.m. matchup.
