RADFORD CONCLUDES TRIP TO FLORIDA WITH 4-2 LOSS TO EASTERN KENTUCKY

PENSACOLA, Fla. – Radford concluded its trip to the Sunshine State with a 4-2 loss to Eastern Kentucky, Sunday afternoon in a neutral-site match at West Florida's Ralph "Skeeter" Carson Tennis Complex.

The Highlanders started the match off hot, collecting wins in No.2 and 3 doubles to earn the point. The tandem of Jose Moreno Manzano and Michiel Meekers sealed the winning point with an exciting 7-6 (7-2) in the No. 2 spot.

In singles action, Alexandros Caldwell picked up the only RU win with a 6-3, 3-6, 6-4 victory in the No.3 singles spot.

Radford (0-7) returns to action on Thursday, hosting Winthrop in their Big South home opener.
