HIGHLANDER HIGHLIGHTS
Despite a late rally at the end of regulation, Radford (1-4) was unable to complete the comeback in its last game at Stetson, falling 16-12. The Highlanders cut a three-goal deficit to one early in the second half before Stetson responded with an 8-1 run. RU scored the game's final four goals, which included two from Gracie Peterson.

Rogers, who tallied a goal last Tuesday, leads all Highlanders with 13 markers. The Reston, Va., native ranks sixth in the Big South in goals per game (2.6). After her third straight outing of at least three goals, Peterson is up to 11 tallies for the season.

Juliette Ruland is the third Highlander to reach double-figure goals with 10. She scored the fastest goal in program history, netting the opening goal at Stetson just 12 seconds into the contest.

Ruland has the team's top mark for ground balls (12) and is second in draws (21). Adrian Rius, who played in her home state last Tuesday, has a team-best 23 draw controls this season. In addition, Rius leads the league in draws per game (4.6).

In goal, Hannah Rosen has recorded 57 saves. Her 11.4 saves per game rank second in the Big South.

SCOUTING DETROIT
The Titans (2-4) bring a two-game winning streak to the New River Valley. They defeated VCU (12-10) and Delaware State (22-1) last week to snap a four-game skid. Their win over Delaware State was the largest margin of victory in program history.

Detroit's leading scorers are a pair of freshmen—Morgan Girardi and Kaitlyn Wandelt. Girardi has three hat tricks through six games and leads the Titans with 13 goals. Wandelt has four multiple-goal games and is second on the squad with 11 markers. Girardi (15 points) and Wandelt (14 points) have the top two point totals for Detroit. Freshman Lexie Kinmond is third on the team in points with 12 (nine goals, three assists).

Detroit freshmen have accounted for 36 of the 65 goals this season. Five of the six freshmen field players have scored goals this season for the Titans, with Ali Magyaros and Emma Leszczak each picking up their first markers against Delaware State.

In goal, rookie netminder Allison McDonough has started all six games for the Titans, recording two straight 11-save games against Oregon and Cincinnati. She is averaging 6.6 saves per game and has a save percentage of 34.2.

SCOUTING KENNESAW STATE
At 0-6, the Owls are seeking their first victory of the season. They have already competed against three Big South foes. Radford will be their fourth opponent in a row from the league.

Olivia Hokanson leads KSU with her 16 points (12 goals, four assists). Lucy Mills (12) and Connor Zophy (10) have also reached double-digit points for the Owls.

Three players have seen time in goal, led by Alex Bunn's 233:37. She has recorded five of KSU's six losses.
