SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. – The Radford women's golf team improved 21 shots from its second round by carding a 326 in Tuesday's final round of the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate hosted by Tennessee Tech at Sevierville Golf Club's Highlands Course.

RU finished in 11^th place with its aggregate 1015 (342-347-326). Southern Miss held off a late charge by Tennessee Tech to win the team title by five shots over the tournament host. The Golden Eagles compiled a 931 compared to a 936 from TTU.

Youngstown State's Emily Dixon and Southern Miss' Valentina Haupt shared medalist honors at 228.

Meagan Board paced Radford in the individual standings, signing for a 253 (85-88-80). Behind her seven birdies, Board tied for third in the field in that category.

The Highlanders are back on the course March 28-29 at the Middleburg Bank Intercollegiate hosted by William & Mary at Kingsmill Resort's River Course in Williamsburg, Va.
