BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Jayda Worthy and Janayla White collectively scored 29 points to lead Radford to a 57-32 victory over Campbell in Big South women's basketball action Saturday night inside Gore Arena.

The Highlanders, who never trailed in the game, won at Campbell for the first time since Feb. 6, 2012. The 2011-12 season was also the last time RU swept the season series against the Fighting Camels. Behind their fourth straight win, the Highlanders clinched the No. 3 seed for next week's conference tournament.

Worthy, who finished with a game-high 17 points, scored 13 of her total before intermission. She connected on 7 of 10 from the floor, pulled down five rebounds and dished out a game-high four assists.

Reaching double figures for the 18th time this season, White chipped in 12 points on 4 of 5 shooting. The Virginia Beach, Va., native hit all four of her free throws. As a team, RU was 9 for 10 from the charity stripe.

Radford once again commanded the boards, especially in the first half where it had a 27-9 advantage in rebounding. The Highlanders finished with a 44-32 favor on the glass, led by Lydia Rivers' 10 rebounds. The freshman narrowly missed her third double-double of the season, knocking down 4 of 6 from the hardwood for eight points.

On the strength of a 20-4 spread in the third quarter, the Highlanders were able to pad their 31-18 halftime lead. The margin grew to as much as 29 following a pair of White free throws early in the fourth stanza.

RU penetrated the Camels' zone, establishing a 34-16 advantage in points in the paint.

Summer Price, who missed the first meeting between these two teams, dialed up a team-high 13 points on 6 of 16 shooting for Campbell.

Radford will await the winner between No. 6 seed High Point and No. 11 seed Winthrop in Friday's quarterfinal of the 2016 Big South Women's Basketball Championship, which will be hosted by UNC Asheville. Tipoff is slated for 8 p.m. from Kimmel Arena in Asheville, N.C.

QUOTABLE
"I'm really pleased with how we performed tonight. It's kind of a long day for us with a later start than we've had in a long time. We talked about wanting to finish the regular season, with as much as we've been through, feeling good about who we are going into next week. I thought we moved the ball pretty well. We had a great first quarter. We had a great third quarter, which is different for us, so I'm really proud of the effort they put forth tonight in the last game of the regular season." ~ Radford head coach, Mike McGuire
