SAPPHIRE, N.C. – The Radford women's golf team looks ahead to the F&M APSU Intercollegiate beginning on Monday morning at the Clarksville Country Club. The three-round tournament hosted by Austin Peay will conclude on Tuesday.
Last time out, the Highlanders placed 10th at the William & Mary Fall Invitational and shot 969. Khushboo Thiagaraj and Meagan Board finished tied for 50th and carded a 241. Board tallied the most birdies in the final round with both coming on the back nine.
Sidney Walker led the way with a 234 final score in her first debut with the Highlanders in the William & Mary Fall Invitational. Players improved their score in the final day of play in the last tournament.
Radford is one of two Big South schools competing in the tournament as UNC Asheville will make the trip.
