HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – The Radford men's golf team is hanging tough in sixth place through two rounds of action at the Wexford Plantation Intercollegiate on Monday in Hilton Head Island, S.C.

KEY STORYLINES

The Radford men's golf team finished the first day with an aggregate 582 (290-292) setting them solely in sixth place out of 18 teams in competition.
At the end of round one, the Highlanders were tied for second place with Georgia and Memphis. The only team ahead of the pack was No. 38 ranked TCU.
Myles Creighton's four-under 68 in the first round led him second place, but he finished with an even-par 72 in the second round. The even-par finish still has him solidly placed in a tie for sixth.
Ben Ramsey was also in the top five at the conclusion of round one with a three-under 69.
Radford tied for fifth with 29 birdies as a team, led by freshman Tyler Hull with eight.
Hull moved up 10 spots after round one by shooting an even-par 72 in the second round.
