HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – The Radford men's golf team moved up one spot and finished inside the top five at the conclusion of the Wexford Plantation Intercollegiate, which ended on Tuesday in Hilton Head Island, S.C.

KEY STORYLINES

The Radford men's golf team finished the competition with an aggregate 890 (290-292-308), falling a bit in the third round.
No matter the round three score, the Highlanders were tied for the fifth best score on the day and ended in a tie for fifth place with Mercer.
Myles Creighton continues his superb spring work and finishes inside the top 10. He shot three-over in round three but finished eighth with a one-under par for the tournament.
The Highlanders tallied 38 birdies, which was two shy of leading all Big South teams.
Radford finished ahead of High Point, Charleston Southern, Gardner-Webb and Presbyterian as the top Big South team.
No. 38 TCU won the Wexford Intercollegiate with an 853 (287-281-285).
The Horned Frog's Stefano Mazzoli set the course record with a seven-under 65 in the third round, and medaled with a 10-under (206).
