WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – The Radford men's golf team, led by Myles Creighton, improved their score once more and finished the Kingsmill Intercollegiate in seventh place on Tuesday.

KEY STORYLINES

The Highlanders improved their score by three strokes on the final day of play and shot 879 as a team for the course of the intercollegiate.
The score was good for seventh place as the Highlanders jumped 11 spots.
Radford has finished every spring competition inside the top 10.
Myles Creighton improved his score by a stroke and shot even-par on day three.
He has now finished inside the top 10 in eight consecutive spring tournaments.
Freshman Hunter Duncan shot three-under on Tuesday and propelled himself 53 spots in a tie for 30^th place.
He ended with a team high nine birdies for the three-day competition, which was good for ninth place overall.
As a team, Radford had 31 total birdies and finished in a tie with Seton Hall and Fort Wayne with that amount.
The Highlanders averaged 3.12 par average on Par 3s. That average led all teams in the field.
Southern Illinois caught and surpassed Utah Valley on the final day of play as the Salukis finished with an 862 and the Wolverines ended with an 866.
Peyton Wilhoit from Southern Illinois medaled with a two-under (208).
