Always believe in yourself and your team.

How has your time at Radford affected you?
My time at Radford has been incredible. The mixture of studying in the USA, improving in English language, learning another culture, meeting so many new people from all around the world while competing in NCAA Division One has given me experience I will never forget. I found out much more about myself and the world I live in during these four years and will try to build on what I learned in Radford even more in the future.

How did it feel to have the sport you love be cut short this year?
I think the most important thing in sport is a chance to compete, to prove yourself. If I was a tennis player who just practices, I would get bored very soon. That's the reason why I liked competing in Division One, there was always a lot of competitions and matches, reasons to improve and try hard during practice. Wanting to beat other teams, but also my teammates, has given me motivation every day and that was what it's all about. My senior year being cut short has been heartbreaking and disappointing, especially since we were on a good way to repeat last year's success. However, this team has shown great spirit, belief and willingness to fight, and I'm sure results will prove this in the future.
