Highlanders Show Fight Against Lipscomb

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Radford (2-4) was on the road once again, this time at Lipscomb (5-5) Thursday afternoon and came up short in a 5-2 match.

After Lipscomb took the doubles point the Highlanders showed fight in singles play. Both of the victorious Highlanders on the day did it in three sets.

On court two, Salma Loudili battled back after falling behind winning 4-6, 6-3, 6-1. This is Loudili's fourth singles victory of the year and second in a row in come-from-behind fashion.

On court six, Katey Fruehauf rebounded after dropping the second set to defeat her opponent 6-4, 5-7, 6-3. This was only Fruehauf's second appearance in singles this season and her first win on that flight this season.
