GREENSBORO, N.C. – Radford capped off a road trip to North Carolina Thursday afternoon with a 5-2 loss to UNC Greensboro.
In doubles play the Highlanders were dominant and took all three courts. Melissa Ifidzhen and Salma Loudili continued their strong start to the year with a 6-3 win on court one. Malin Falk and Emily Brandow took court two 6-4, and the duo of Tyler Blalock and Katey Fruehauf won court three 6-0.
In singles play UNC Greensboro took courts one through five to clinch the match, but Camryn McClure picked up the sole singles victory of the day with a 6-4, 6-4 win on court six. The freshman Brandow also battled and came up just short on court four, falling in the super tie breaker 4-6, 6-2, 8-10.

Radford is back home for a match against Wofford that is currently scheduled for noon.
