RADFORD, Va. — Radford men's soccer defender Anthony Giannecchini has been named to the Big South All-Academic Team, the league office announced Friday afternoon.

Giannecchini earned a 3.5 cumulative GPA during his time in Radford. He will graduate three semesters early in December with a bachelor's degree in Economics.

On the field, Giannecchini saw action in five games for the Highlanders this season, making one start. The Christiansburg, Va. native played in 18 games for his career, recording four starts.
