RADFORD, Va. – Radford (1-2) fell to William & Mary Sunday afternoon 5-2. Radford picked up two singles courts in the match thanks to Aditya Balsekar and Andres Silva.
To start off the day the Highlanders competed in doubles play. Guilherme Severin made his first appearance of the season playing on court two with Konstantinos Raptis, but the pair came up short 3-6.
In singles play, Radford found more success claiming victory on two courts. Silva was the first Highlander to claim victory on court four 7-5, 6-3. Balsekar also took court five in three sets winning 6-2, 3-6, 6-2. Demis Taramonlis and Robert Hagen were able to force tiebreakers in the second sets of their singles matches, but both ultimately fell in tight matches.

The Highlanders will stick to the road this week when they travel to face James Madison this Wednesday.
