Hagen Named Big South Freshman of the Week

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Big South Conference announced Wednesday afternoon that Robert Hagen had been named Big South Freshman of the Week after his perfect doubles week and a dominant singles win.

Hagen went a perfect 2-0 in doubles play this week with teammate Aditya Balsekar as the duo took down James Madison and Hampton. Both victories came on court three. In singles play Hagen was about as dominant as it gets as he dismantled his Hampton opponent 6-0, 6-0.

Radford has two matches scheduled for this week. The Highlanders hit the road for a big match at North Carolina State this Thursday before returning home for another Big South match against North Carolina A&T.
