Set new PR’s in the 800, 3000, 5000 and 10,000m… Ran a 9:27.43 PR in the 3000m at the Wake Forest Open… Posted a 15:50.99 at the Liberty Invitational to take sixth place in the 5000m… Finished third at the Winthrop Invitational with personal-best 10,000m time of 33:04.14… Competed in the 800m at the Highlander Invitational and crossed the finish line in 2:06.81... Clocked a 9:20.14 at the VT Challenge to take 14th place in the 3000m… Stopped the 5000m clock at 15:57.20 at the Big South Indoor Championships.
2010-11 HIGHLIGHTS
Clocked a personal-best 9:24.54 at the VT Challenge in the 3K and recorded another PR in the 5000m at the Big South Indoor Championships with a 16:06.07… Set an outdoor PR in five of six events in which he competed… Took home third place at the Asics Winthrop Invitational in the 10,000m with a time of 33:34.84… Placed third in his first-ever collegiate 3000m steeplechase, running a 10:34.76… Competed in all six cross country meets and recorded four Top-40 showings… Raced to a 38th-place finish at the Big South Championships with a season best time of 27:22.39… Crossed the finish line in 23rd (27:57.98) at the Big South Preview… Clocked in at 28:02.90 at the James Madison Invitational, good for a season-best 21st-place performance… Teamed up with Brian Gorwitz to place 10th in the season-opening VMI XC Relays.

Ran a 4:40.24 at the Liberty Kick Off in the 1,500m to record an eighth-place finish… Placed 12th at the Akron Invitational with a time of 9:54.80… Ran in three events; 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000m during outdoor… At the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 27), garnered a 13th place finish with a time of 16:43.37… Clocked in a 35:21.72 time at the Big South Cross Country Championships.
