2008-09 HIGHLIGHTS
INDOOR
• Posted a time of 22.73 in the 200m at the Liberty Open to open up the indoor season.
• Recorded a season-best of 7.14 in the 60m at the Va. Tech Invitational.
• Placed 22nd in the 60m (7.20) and 13th in the 200m (22.31) at the Hokie Invite.
• Clocked in at 50.09 to take third place at the Liberty Open in the 400m.
• Notched a personal and season-bests in the 200m at the Niswonger Invitational with a time of 21.88.
• Topped the field at the Akron Open with a personal and season-bests time of 48.75 in the 400m.
• Was fourth in the 200m at the Akron Open with a time of 22.07.
•Reached the finals of the 400m at the Big South Indoor Championships and placed sixth with a time of 49.63.
•Finished ninth in the 200m in the Big South Championships with a time of 22.66.
• Took 13th in the 60m at the Big South Championship with a time of 7.22.
OUTDOOR
• NCAA Qualifier and an All-League performer during the outdoor season as a member of the 4x400 team with Kelso, Coker and Olinger.
•The team posted a new school record of 3:12.06 at the NCAA East Regional meet and took home a Big South title with a time of 3:12.47 at the Big South Outdoor Championship.
• Topped the school’s 400m record in four consecutive meets, beginning with the Big South Championships.
• Qualified for the NCAA Regional in the 400m, where he finished 18th with a time of 47.25.
• Surpassed the regional qualifying time of with a new school record of 46.51 at the Georgia Tech Invitational in the 400m.
• Produced eight 400m times under 49.00 seconds.
• Set a season-best with a 200m time of 21.65 at the Big South Championships.
•Was an all-conference performer in the 400m at the Big South Championships with a second place finish and a time of 47.33.
• Won the 400m (47.24) at the UNC Elite meet and placed 11th in the 200m (21.91).
•Posted a third place finish at the Jesse Owens Classic in the 400m with a time of 47.36.
• Fifth at the Aggie Relays in the 400m with a time 48.52.
• Finished fifth in the 200m (21.50) and 18th in the 100m (11.41) at the Winthrop Invitational.
• Opened the outdoor season with a time of 48.00 in the 400m to place third and finished 11th in the 200m (21.79) at the 49er Classic.

2007-08 HIGHLIGHTS
INDOOR
• Notched a pair of season-bests at the Virginia Tech Challenge (22.34 -200m; 49.84 -400m).
OUTDOOR
• NCAA Qualifier and an All-Big South performer during the outdoor season as a member of the 4x400 team with Raschad Kelso, Gaylon Johnson and Wayne Gore.
• The team posted a time of 3:12.41 at the NCAA East Regional Championships in Tallahassee, Fla. and took home the Big South title with a time of 3:14.4 at the outdoor championships.
• The 4x100 team posted a school-record time of 40.89 at the conference championships.
• All-Big South performer with the conference runner-up 4x100m team along with Paul Hall, Raschad Kelso and James Harris.
