2012-13 HIGHLIGHTS
Set two top-10 distance's at RU in the shot put ... Finished first at the Highlander Invitational with a toss of 15.96m (seventh best at RU) ... Placed seventh at the Wake Forest Invitational with a distance of 15.95m (eighth best at RU) ... Added four more top-10 finishes in the shot put ... Earned a sixth place in the Highlander Invitational and the UVA Invitational in the discus with tosses of 42.99m and 40.18m, respectively.

2011-12 HIGHLIGHTS
Redshirted during outdoor season... Indoor all-conference in the shot put… Recorded four throws of 16.00m or better… Took second place with school-record toss of 16.76m at the Big South Indoor Championships… Placed runner-up a the Liberty Open with a mark of 16.25m… Garnered fourth-place showings at the Hokie Invitational and VT Challenge.

2010-11 HIGHLIGHTS
Big South Indoor All-Conference performer in the shot put by way of a 15.85m/51’4.25” mark… Big South Field Athlete of the Week for his third-place showing at the VT Challenge with a 16.07m/52’8.75” shot put toss… Also placed third at the Liberty Open… Six outdoor top 5 showings in the shot put… Won the Radford Invitational with a season-best throw of 16.16m/53’0.25”… Runner-up at the Winthrop Invitational at 15.83m/51’11.25” and Carolina’s Cup second-place finisher, tossing 15.60m/51’2.25”… Recorded personal-best 45.16m/148’2” at the Winthrop Invitational in the hammer throw to finish eighth.  

2009-10 HIGHLIGHTS
Captured fifth place at the Big South Outdoor Championships with a 47’2.25” (14.38m) distance in the shot put… Took the runner-up position with a shot put throw of 49’10” (15.19m) at the season-opening Liberty Kick Off and placed tenth in the weight throw with a toss of 34’11” (10.64)… Sixth and seventh in the discus and shot put at the Big South Outdoor Championships with marks of 148’9” (45.34m) and 47’3.50” (14.41m), respectively… Took home a second-place finish at the Lou Onesty Invite with a throw of 50’9.25” (15.47m) in the shot put.

2008-09 HIGHLIGHTS
the Liberty Kick off with a personal and season-best toss of 52’1.25” in shot put … Captured fifth in the weight toss with a mark of 46’3.50”… Finished sixth in the shot put (49’10.5”) and 13th in the weight throw (43’7.25”) at the Hokie Invitational… Fifth at the Liberty Open in the shot put with a distance of 46’10”… Placed ninth at the Niswonger Invitational with a toss of 49’6.25” in the shot put… Reached 46”1.25” in the shot put at the Akron Open… Placed 10th at the Big South Championships with a personal and season-best distance of 48’0” in the weight throw… Recorded fourth place in the shot put (50’9.25”) at the Big South Indoor Championship… Placed 17th in the USATF Junior Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the shot put with a new school record distance 54’10”… Opened up the outdoor season with an eighth-place finish in the shot put (48’6.75”) and 21st in the hammer throw (115’10”) at the 49er Classic… Posted a fifth-place finish in the shot put with a mark of 49’10.50” and 15th in the hammer throw (134’6”) at the Winthrop Invitational… Season-best distance of 138’0” in the hammer throw at the Aggie Relays… Placed 10th in the discus (124’10”) and eighth in the shot put (50’6”) at the Aggie Relays… All-conference performer in the shot put at the Big South Championships with a second-place finish and a mark of 53’10.50”… Hit a season-best 127’3” in the discus at the Big South Championships.
