Biography

2009 Highlights

-   Raised his batting average more than 150 points between March 20 and April 25; entered the Presbyterian series March 20-22 at .173, and raised his average to .325 following the first game of the Charleston Southern series April 24
-   Carried a team-best 13-game hitting streak between March 20 and April 10, going 23-for-60 (.383) with 14 runs, 11 RBI and seven stolen bases in that stretch
-    Had the go-ahead RBI on an eighth-inning single to give Radford a series win over Winthrop March 29
-    Followed that hit streak with nine straight from April 11-25; hit .462 (18-for-39) during that streak with nine runs and nine driven in; had six straight multi-hit efforts from April 17-24 during the streak
-    Season-high three RBI twice (Presbyterian, March 20; JMU, March 24)
-    Drove home the winning run with a two-out single in Radford’s Big South tournament upset victory over Coastal Carolina May 21; went 2-for-4 and drove in four against the Chanticleers

-    Started all 56 games in right field
-    Team-best 19 game hitting streak, had 21 multi-hit games, and hit safely in 50 of 56 games, with additional hit streaks of 14 and 12 games
-    Reached as leadoff man 27 times in 56 chances (.482)
-    Led the team in average with runners in scoring position (.405)
-    Was 5-for-6 with four runs, four RBI and a home run in a win at Davidson February 24
-    Posted a pair of 4-for-4 games (March 17 – URI; May 22 – Winthrop)
