2016-17
Indoor – Member of distance medley relay team that posted eighth-fastest time in program history at Big South Championships... Clocked season-best 18:42.73 in 5,000 meters at Big South Championships... Placed 10th in 3,000 meters at Hokie Invitational with time of 11:03.41 and had season-best 5.23.99 in mile run at Virginia Tech Challenge. Outdoor – Posted season-best 3,000-meter steeplechase time of 11:30.87 at Duke Invitational, finishing career with four of top seven times in program history... Won the event at the Catamount Classic and finished sixth at the Big South Championships and eighth at Winthrop... Posted personal best of 18:29.96 in 5,000 meters at Winthrop, while finishing sixth... Named to Big South All-Academic Team. 

2015-16
Indoor – Ran 5,000 meters at three meets, with a top time of 18:53.10 at Marshall Invitational... Clocked 11:13.79 in 3,000 meters at Virginia Tech Invitational. Outdoor – Posted three top-five finishes in 3,000-meter steeplechase at Big South Championships, including fifth at Big South Championships... Also fourth at Elon and fifth at Winthrop... 

2014-15
Indoor—Placed third in the 5000m at the Hokie Invitational. Outdoor—Ran the 3000m steeplechase placing third at both the Phoenix Invitational and the Highlander Invitational…Finished fifth in the 3000m steeplechase at the Big South Championships.

2013-14 
Totaled eight Top-10 showings ... Highlanders' top performer in the 3,000m steeplechase; finished eighth at the Big South outdoor championships by clocking an 11:28.17, fourth-best in program history ... Reached the finish line in third at the Virginia Cup in the 2,000m steeplechase (7:37.36) ... Ran closing leg for 4x400m relay team at the Liberty Collegiate Invitational en route to third place.

HIGH SCHOOL
Qualified for the VHSL Group AA state meet her sophomore and senior seasons ... Vikings' team captain and MVP in 2012.
