2019-20 AS A JUNIOR
INDOOR- Competed in three invitationals for the Highlands racing in the 200-meter, 60-meter and 4x400-meter events.

2018-19 AS A SOPHOMORE
INDOOR- Competed in five meets for Radford in multiple different races … Had a career-day at the VMI Team Challenge setting her personal records in the 200-meter and 400-meter races with times of 26:61 and 1:02.15 … Helped her team finish third in the Distance Medley Relay at the Big South Championships.
OUTDOOR- Competed in six events for the Highlanders mainly in the 200-meter and 400-meter races … Helped her team finish second at the Terrier Relays in the 400-meter relay with a time of 3:53.81.

2017-18 AS A FRESHMAN
INDOOR - Contributed in the 60-meter dash, 200-meter dash and 400-meter dash... Saved her best for last, recording PR's in the 60m (7.97 seconds) and the 200m (25.98 seconds) at the Big South Championships OUTDOOR - Once again peaked at the right time of the season, setting PR's in the 100m (12.56 seconds) and 200m (25.50w seconds) at the Big South Championships... Her biggest moment, however, came in the 4x100m where she helped set a new school record at 45.80 seconds and win a bronze medal

Owns the 200-meter dash school record at Varina High School... Won a conference championship in ninth grade... Earned All-Conference honors in the outdoor 200-meter dash and 400-meter dash all four years of high school as well as in the 300-meter dash and 500-meter dash sophomore through senior years... Was named the girls outdoor MVP as a freshman and senior... Was also named girls indoor MVP as a senior

PERSONAL
Daughter of Chontell and Roderick Stafford... Has one brother, Justin... Parents Chontell and Roderick both ran track at Virginia State University... Plans to major in Social Work with a minor in Psychology.
