Biography

2015-16
Indoor – Ran both 3,000 and 5,000 meters twice, clocking top times of 10:43.61 and 19:33.03… Member of distance medley relay that posted 12:33.57 at Big South Championship, fifth in program history. Outdoor – Ran personal-best 11:32.81 in 3,000-meter steeplechase at Big South Championship to place sixth.

2014-15 
Indoor—Had three Top-5 finishes…Part of DMR teams at the Virginia Tech Invitational and the Chipotle Marshall Invitational that finished fourth and fifth, respectively…Ran on the 4x800m team that placed second at the Virginia Tech Challenge. Outdoor—Placed third at the Virginia Cup in the 2000m steeplechase in 7:59.71 (PR)…Finished fourth in the 3000m steeplechase at the Phoenix Invitational and the Highlander Invitational…Took 10th at the Big South Conference Championships with a time of 11:58.24.

2013-14 
Credited with seven Top-10s ... Came in ninth at the Big South outdoor championships in the 3,000m steeplechase with a 11:51.67 (PR) ... Best indoor finish occurred at the Liberty Quad where she took sixth in the mile with a 5:31.51.

HIGH SCHOOL
Four-time all-district honoree in track and field / cross country, in addition to twice earning all-region accolades ... 4x800-meter champion during sophomore season of indoor track ... Captain of the Eagles in her senior campaign.
