2022-23 AS A SENIOR
CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in all seven meets for the Highlanders... Finished in the top five at both the Lancer Invite and Roanoke Invitational... Finished 21st at the Big South Championships. INDOOR- Competed in five meets... Posted a new personal record at the Tolsma Invite with a time of 3:16.90 in the 1,000-meter race. OUTDOOR- Competed in five meets... Scored three times and earned a pair of podium finishes... Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the JMU Invitational.

2021-22 AS A JUNIOR
CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in all six meets on the season... Moved into the top 10 in school history at 6K at the NCAA Southeast Regional. INDOOR- Competed five times with PRs in the mile and 3,000m with times of 5:18.08 and 10:46.89. OUTDOOR- Competed six times... Ran 11:31.69 in the 3,000m steeplechase, sixth best in school history... Finished seventh in the event at the Big South Championships... PRed in the 1,500m with a time of 5:02.74.

2020-21 AS A SOPHOMORE
CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in all three races the Highlanders ran in during the modified 2021 spring season … Best finish came at the Highlander Invitational where she placed seventh. INDOOR- Did not compete. OUTDOOR- Competed in the 1500m, 800m, and 400m across six meets for the Highlanders … Set a new personal record in the 1500m at the Vertklasse Meeting and a new personal record in the 400m at the JMU Invitational.

2019-20 AS A FRESHMAN
INDOOR- Saw a lot of action competing in the 800-meter, distance medley relay, and mile events setting personal records in the 800-meter and mile events … Helped her team place fifth in the distance medley relay event at the Big South Championships. CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in all seven races for the Highlanders … Best finish came at the Big South Championships where she placed 34th … Set he 5K record at the Royals Challenge with a 5K time of 19:19 … Set her 6K personal record at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a time of 23:49.4.
