2022-23 AS A JUNIOR
CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in five meets... Led the Highlanders at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational... Came across the line seventh at the Roanoke Invitational.
INDOOR- Competed in three meets... Registered new personal records in both the 3,000-meter race and 5,000-meter race... Finished fifth in the 3,000-meter race at the Virginia Tech Challenge.
OUTDOOR- Did not compete.
2021-22 AS A SOPHOMORE
CROSS COUNTRY- Competed five times on the season... Set personal bests at 4K and 5K.
INDOOR- Competed five times... PRed in the mile with a time of 5:25.78.
OUTDOOR- Competed six times... PRed at 1,500m, 3,000m, 5,000m and ran her first ever 10,000m at the Big South Championships, running the fifth-best time in school history (37:44.35).
2020-21 AS A FRESHMAN
CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in all three races the Highlanders ran in during the modified 2021 spring season … Set a personal record in the 5k at the Big South Championship.
INDOOR- Did not compete.
OUTDOOR- Competed in the 1500m and 800m events over three meets … Best finish came in the 1500m at the JMU Invitational where she set a personal record and placed 21st.
PREP
Competed in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track at Brentsville District High School ... Six-time district champion and three-time region champion for the Tigers ... Reached the state championship in all four years ... Personal-best 5k time of 19:27 ... Best state championship finish in cross country was an 11th-place result in 2018 ... Finished in seventh place in both the 1600 (outdoor) and 3200-meter (indoor) race in 2019.
