Biography

AS A JUNIOR (2020)
Made four appearances, including two starts, before missing the remainder of the season due to injury ... Had a pair of strikeouts in relief appearances at Mercer (Feb. 22) and Virginia Tech (Feb. 25) ... Threw a season-high 2.0 innings at Virginia Tech, allowing no runs on two hits with two strikeouts (Feb. 25).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2019)
Served primarily as a midweek starter and multi-inning reliever ... Appeared in nine games, making seven starts ... Finished the season with a 2-3 record and a 7.30 ERA across 24.2 innings ... Set a season-high with 4.1 scoreless innings to earn the win over Wake Forest (May 14) ... Also threw 4.1 innings in road outing at Virginia (Apr. 16) ... Had a season-best three strikeouts in three innings of work against UMass Lowell (Mar. 12) ... Struck out two in 3.2 scoreless innings against Appalachian State (Mar. 26).

High School, helping lead the Dukes to a state championship in 2016 ... Also was an all-state selection as an outfielder in 2017 ... Holds the Windsor High School record for strikeouts in a game with 17, accomplished against Nandua ... Also played basketball for the Dukes, where he scored over 1,000 career points and was a first team all-district and all-conference selection in 2017 ... Played summer ball for the Richmond Braves.
