Was named Big South Player of the Week following opening weekend, after going 9 for 16 with three doubles, two home runs and seven RBIs in five games.... Started 42 games and made 48 appearances...split time at catcher and designated player...scored 16 runs and tallied 24 RBI...second on the team with eight doubles...had six home runs, with first being a grand slam against George Mason (2/14)...led the team in batting average at .328 for the first 25 games of the year, including four doubles, four home runs and 16 RBI over the stretch…has seven multi-hit efforts and six games with two or more RBI…has fielding percentage of .985...named to the All-Big South Freshmen Team
