TRACK: Missed most of season recovering from injury … Returned in April for the Virginia Challenge, running the 1500m … Competed in the 1500m and 5000m at the Big South Outdoor Championships.
XC: Ran in four meets across the season … Set a new PR in the 4k at the VT Invite on Sept. 5, taking sixth place with a time of 14:15.9 … Took a third-place finish in the Lancer Pink Invite 5k on Sept. 20 … Set a new 6k PR at the Fire Tower Project meet on Oct. 3 with a time of 21:46.2 for fifth place … Placed 32nd at the Big South Championship meet.
2024-25 AS A FRESHMAN
TRACK: Competed in nine events throughout the indoor and outdoor season … Highlight of season was becoming a Big South Outdoor Champion in the 5000m with a time of 17:13.01 … Also finished on the podium in the 10,000m with a time of 36:22.51 (3rd) … Earned all-conference honors with third-place finishes in the 3,000m and 5,000m at Big South Indoor … Took victory in the Mile and 5,000m in the first outdoor meet at the App State Open … Also finished first at the Mile and 3,000m at the indoor VMI Winter Relays … Added another top finish at the Liberty Open … Set the Radford 5,000m indoor record at the Big South Indoor Championships.
XC: Ran in six meets … Placed season-best 17th place at the Big South Championships with a PR time of 18:13.9 in the 5k.
