AS A REDSHIRT SENIOR (2019-20)
Earned Big South Golfer of the Week honors once (Sept. 17) ... Appeared in 18 rounds across six tournaments ... Posted a stroke average of 72.00, the best on the team ... Had 10 rounds of even-par or under-par scoring, including a career-best 6-under 66 in the final round of the VCU Invitational ... Placed inside the top-10 in four of Radford's six stroke-play tournaments, including a third-place finish at the VCU Invitational with a score of 10-under (70-70-66) ... Also carder top-10s at the Elon Phoenix Invitational (T-7, 68-70-69, -6), Wexford Plantation Intercollegiate (10th, 78-73-69, +3) and the Pinehurst Intercollegiate (T-10, 75-75-74, +11) ... Went 3-0 at the Musgrove Mill Match Play for the second straight season, helping lead the Highlanders to a third-place finish.

Participated in 26 rounds and nine events … Posted a 74.04 stroke average, good for second best on the squad … Finished inside the top 10 once and inside the top 5 once … His best finish was third at the Pinehurst Intercollegiate in March with a score of 5-over (72-75-71).

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2016-17)
Competed in one tournament as a sophomore, the Janney VCU Shootout … Finished with a 20-over for the two round course … Finished with an 82.00 season stroke average.

HIGH SCHOOL / JUNIOR
A winner of five golf tournaments in the past year, Gasperini brings a winning mindset to the Highlanders ... Three of those wins came during the summer of 2014 when he won the UNC Junior Championship, the Patriot Junior Memorial and the Andrew Haley Memorial golf tournaments ... Also qualified for the prestigious Scott Robertson Memorial in 2014 ... A four-time first-team all-district honoree, Gasperini was recognized as Halifax County's male athlete of the year for 2014-15 ... Also lettered in soccer, swimming and basketball in high school.
