2013
Finished 40th at the Asheville Cross Country Carnival with a time of 20:40... Ran a 6K PR (24:13) at the Charlotte Invite to cross the line in 117th... Blazed her 5K PR at the Big South Championships with a 19:37.79 to garner a 25th-place showing.

2012
Competed at the Adidas/Winthrop Invitational, crossing the line in 24:22.40... Crossed the finish line in 22:55.68 at the Blue Ridge Open to finish 114th... Ran the Big South Championships in a personal-best 22:18.41 to finish 89th.

2011
Raced in three 5k events… Finished 51st at the Lou Onesty Open with a time of 27:24.70… Recorded a personal-best time of 23:28 at the Big South Preview… Crossed the finish line in 26:00.40 at the Blue Ridge Open. 
 
2010
Ran in two meets... Ran a 29:39.00 at the Paul Short Invitational in her first collegiate 6K... Finished 30th at the JMU Invitational with a 5.2K time of 26:30.20.

HIGH SCHOOL
Named Concorde All-District all four years in cross country… District champion and all-region in the 4x400-meter relay during senior year at Centreville… Three-time Regional Qualifier in the 4x800-meter relay and also a district Champion during the indoor season her junior year… Earned all-district honors three times, all-region twice and all-state distinction in the 1000m… Named track MVP and given the Track Sportsmanship Award… Two-sport athlete in track and lacrosse.
