INDOOR: Ran in four events … Set PR in 3,000m at the Liberty Kick Off … Helped the Radford A team win the distance medley relay at the Tryon Winter Classic … Set a new PR in the 1,000m at the Hokie Invite to place 11th.
OUTDOOR: Ran in just the Big South Championships … Placed 12th in the steeplechase.
XC: Ran in six meets … Set new PRs in the 4k (Virginia Tech Invite) and 5k (Big South Championship) … Finished a season-best seventh at the Lancer Pink Invite … Placed a career-best 24th overall at the Big South Championship.
2024-25 AS A SOPHOMORE
INDOOR: Ran in five meets … Helped the Radford distance medley relay team reach the podium (3rd) at the Big South Championships … Took third place with a PR in the mile at the Virginia Tech Challenge … Also was 2nd (Virginia Tech Invite) and 3rd (VMI Winter Relays) in the mile throughout the season.
OUTDOOR: Ran in six meets … Ended on the podium in second for the steeplechase at the Big South Championships … Finished 11th in the 5,000m with a PR time of 18:21.60 … Won the steeplechase at the Virginia High Performance and was second in the same event at the App State Open.
