RADFORD, Va. -- Radford, sitting at 3-1 in the league, looks to conclude its home stand in style when it hosts Presbyterian on Monday, Jan. 18 at 7 p.m.. The Highlanders (4-11) have won two straight for the first time this season and three of their last four games after defeating UNC Asheville on Saturday afternoon.

Presbyterian (2-13) is coming off a loss at Liberty on Saturday and currently is 1-2 in the Big South.
The Highlanders are 5-0 against the Blue Hose with four of those wins coming in the last two seasons. Last year, Radford defeated Presbyterian by the scores of 75-36 on the road and 57-35 on homecoming.
In its last contest, Radford shot 48 percent in the second half and held UNC Asheville to just 23 percent, keying the Highlanders' 61-50 Big South victory, Saturday afternoon at the Dedmon Center.

Denay Wood (Bailey's Crossroads, Va./Annadale) and freshman
Da'Naria Erwin Spencer (Charlotte, N.C./East Mecklenburg) each posted a double-double for the Highlanders, who won their first back-to-back games this season.
The last time two Highlanders recorded double doubles in the same contest was on Dec. 20, 2007 when
Corrie Fertitta (2005-08) and
Kelli Darden (2005-08) did the honor in a 73-67 home win vs. ETSU.
Presbyterian comes in after dropping a 73-27 decision at Liberty on Saturday. Prior to the defeat, the Blue Hose picked up their first conference win of the season at home against UNC Asheville last Monday.
Mariah Pietrowski averages 11.3 points and 4.2 rebounds per game, while shooting a team and Big South best 57.4 percent from the field. Amanda Mills and Dria David average 8.9 and 7.3 points per contest respectively.
Radford hits the road for the first time since Jan. 4 when it heads to South Carolina for its annual “beach trip” to face Coastal Carolina on Jan. 23 and Charleston Southern on Jan. 25.
