RADFORD, Va. Radford women's basketball looks to end a four-game skid when it hosts Presbyterian for a 7 p.m. Monday evening contest at the Dedmon Center.

SERIES HISTORY
♦ In nine all-time meetings, the Highlanders have never dropped a contest against Presbyterian.  Eight of the nine games have come since the Blue Hose joined the Division I ranks.

THE OPENING TIP
♦ Over the first 15 games, Radford hadn't seen a close contest, as the slimmest margin in a final result was seven points.  Since then, the Highlanders have dropped two heartbreakers in consecutive games, each decided by two points.
Da'Naria Erwin Spencer paces the Highlander offense with 16.7 points per game while Ashley Buckhannon drops 14.3.  Erwin Spencer is just 93 points shy of 1,000 for her career and is looking to become the fourth player in Radford history to hit the mark by the conclusion of her junior year.  She recorded her career high in points with 30 the last time Radford met Presbyterian (Feb. 28, 2011).
♦ Fresh off a career-best 13 boards against Winthrop, Victoria Hamilton leads the Highlanders in rebounds with 7.4 per game.
♦ Buckhannon, Ayana Avery and Katherine Brockett have combined for 215 of Radford's 246 three-point attempts (.874).  In addition, the trio has 73 of the Highlanders' 79 (.924) makes from long range.

LAST TIME OUT
♦ Despite hitting eight three-pointers and Buckhannon with 19 points, Radford dropped its fourth straight contest with a 64-66 setback against Winthrop.  Avery's three-pointer at the buzzer that would've given Radford the win rattled out.  Hamilton had a career-high 13 rebounds to go along with eight points.  The Highlander defense limited Big South leading scorer Dequesha McClanahan to just eight points, but she dished out 12 assists, while Diana Choibekova had 25 points and 12 rebounds.

SCOUTING THE BLUE HOSE
♦ Presbyterian enters 8-9 overall and 2-4 in league play.  The two conference wins came against Gardner-Webb and UNC Asheville and are coming off a 39-59 defeat at Liberty.
♦ Mariah Pietrowski paces the Blue Hose with 11.4 points per game followed by Dria David's 10.5.  On the glass, Sherece Smith pulls down 6.2 rebounds per outing.
♦ In the last contest at Liberty, Pietrowski earned her 800th career point and 400th career rebound.
