Radford returns home Wednesday to face its rival VMI for the final time at the Dedmon Center as Big South foes. VMI is leaving the league after the season. The Highlanders are riding a seven-game winning streak at home and are 12-5 overall for the first time since the 1993-94 season. Radford is 2-0 in Big South play for the first time since 2009-10. Tip is set for 7:00 p.m.

• Each Radford men's basketball game can be heard live in the New River Valley on the RU Sports Radio Network on the campus flagship, WRVU 89.9-FM and on the commercial affiliate, SuperSports 101.7-FM. Rick Watson handles the play-by-play for the Highlanders.

SERIES NOTES
• Radford leads the all-time series 20-19.
• Radford is 11-6 in games played at home vs. the Keydets, however, VMI has won three straight at the Dedmon Center.
• Prior to last year's win in Lexington by the Highlanders, VMI had won six straight in the series.
• Mike Jones is 1-4 against the Keydets.

WITH A WIN...
• Radford could tie its season total of wins (13) from a season ago.

PROJECTED STARTING LINEUP
• This lineup (R.J. Price, Ya Ya Anderson, Kyle Noreen, Javonte Green, and Brandon Holcomb) has started together 20 (13-7) times overall and 15 times (11-4) this season. The group did not start the George Washington and Central Penn games this season. Mike Jones has used three different starting lineups during the 2013-14 season.

SCOUTING THE KEYDETS
• VMI enters Wednesday's game having had its nine-game winning streak at home snapped over the weekend by Liberty.
• The Keydets are second in the nation in scoring at 89.1 ppg.
• Q.J. Peterson is averaging 20.2 points per game and is vying to become the first-ever freshman to lead the league in scoring.

MILESTONES
• Javonte Green became RU's 20th all-time 1,000-point scorer with his 7th point of 22 vs. Houghton. He now has 1,070 points and 581 rebounds.
• R.J. Price needs 2 (998) points to become the 21st member of the 1,000-point club.

QUICK NOTES
• R.J. Price is also climbing the ranks in three-point field goals made. Now with 179 for his career, he moved into 7th place all-time at RU.
• R.J. Price needs one more assist to break into the Top 10 all-time. He currently ranks 11th with 248 career dimes.
• Javonte Green needs 21 rebounds to move into the Top 10 at RU all-time. He currently has 583 career caroms, good for 11th place.
• Javonte Green ranks 8th all-time at RU with 144 career steals.
• Javonte Green leads the Big South in field goal percentage (.559).
• Radford is 12-5 for the first time since the 1993-94 season. With Big South opening wins both at home and on the road this week, the Highlanders snapped a three-game losing skid for each. RU is 2-0 in the league for the first time since 2009-10.
• RU has won 7 straight games at the Dedmon Center and is 7-0 at home this season.
• RU is 3-1 against NCAA Tournament teams from last year. (W vs. Liberty; W vs. North Carolina A&T; W vs. Florida Gulf Coast; L vs. UNLV).• Prior to this season, RU had never recorded double-digit wins prior to Big South Conference play.
• Radford has won 12 of its first 17 games for the first time in 20 years (1993-94 season).
• Kion Brown recorded his first career double-double at Hampton with 12 points and a career-high 10 rebounds.
• Javonte Green has 17 career double-doubles.
• Brandon Holcomb set a career high with 10 points at Santa Clara and tied a season high with 10 rebounds at UNLV on the West Coast road trip.
• R.J. Price ranks 8th all-time in career three-point field goals made with 177. He tied career highs with 30 points and 6 three-pointers vs. Sacred Heart.
• Rashun Davis set a career high with 20 points vs. Sacred Heart.
