RADFORD, Va. – After nearly one month since its last tournament, Radford men's golf finally returns to action this weekend when the team travels to Camden, S.C. for the Camden Collegiate Invitational. The 54-hole tournament, hosted by South Carolina, will be held at Camden Country Club, Oct. 18-19.

RADFORD LINEUP
A pair of Highlanders are set to make their season debuts this weekend as Nick Brediger and Callum Cochrane join Conner Hayden, Ryan Rettberg and Tanner Carbaugh in the Palmetto State.
Brediger returns to the lineup after making every tournament last season. Cochrane will be playing in his first collegiate event for RU.
THE FIELD
South Carolina, which enters its home tournament ranked 10th nationally, headlines the field. Radford is the only other program entered that has a top-100 national ranking. In addition to the Highlanders, five other Big South programs are scheduled to play: Charleston Southern, Coastal Carolina, Gardner-Webb, High Point and Presbyterian.
THE COURSE
Camden Country Club was founded in 1903 in South Carolina's oldest inland city. The course was redesigned in the late 1920's by golf course designer, Donald Ross, and has previously hosted qualifiers for the USGA Men's Amateur and Mid-Amateur.
UP NEXT
The Highlanders will close out their fall schedule in Kiawah Island, S.C. for the Wendy's Kiawah Classic, which will take place Nov. 2-4 at Turtle Point Golf Course. The three-day tournament will be hosted by Charleston Southern.
