Winner of four straight and seven of its last eight games and protecting a perfect home record, Radford opens Big South play on New Year's Eve against UNC Asheville at the Dedmon Center. Tip between the Highlanders and Bulldogs is set for 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

• Jalen Carethers blocked the 100th shot of his career in the victory over Central Penn. He stands 6th in RU history.
• Brandon Holcomb is 10th all-time with 90 blocks for his career.
