Coming off a thrilling 102-92 victory over UNC Asheville on Thursday night at the Dedmon Center and on ESPNU, the Radford men's basketball team has less than 48 hours to prepare for another important Big South matchup. The first place Highlanders play host to High Point at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
SERIES NOTES
• Radford leads the all-time series 20-16.
• Radford is 12-5 all-time against HPU at the Dedmon Center and has won five straight at home.
• Radford has won 4 of the last 5 games in the series and 3 straight, including an 81-72 win on ESPNU at High Point on January 10.
• Mike Jones is 4-1 against the Panthers.
PROJECTED STARTING LINEUP
• This lineup (R.J. Price, Ya Ya Anderson, Kyle Noreen, Javonte Green, and Brandon Holcomb) has started together 29 (18-11) times overall and 24 times (16-8) this season. The group did not start the George Washington and Central Penn games this season. This lineup has made 19 straight starts together beginning with the North Carolina A&T game on Dec. 7.
• Mike Jones has used three different starting lineups during the 2013-14 season.

SCOUTING THE PANTHERS
• High Point had won 4 straight games and 6 of 7 before falling to Gardner-Webb its last time out. The only other loss in that stretch is an 82-80 overtime game at VMI. Those are the Panthers' only losses since the Radford game on Jan. 10.
• John Brown continues to be one of the top players in the Big South. He averages 19.4 points and 7.5 rebounds per contest.
• Adam Weary (12.3) and Devante Wallace (11.4) also average scoring in double figures.
MILESTONES
• Javonte Green became RU's 25th all-time 1,000-point scorer on December 30 vs. Houghton. He now has 1,226 points and 676 rebounds.
• R.J. Price became RU's 26th all-time 1,000-point scorer on January 15 vs. VMI. He now has 1,084 points.
• R.J. Price is also climbing the ranks in three-point field goals made. Now with 196 for his career, he is in 6th place all-time at RU.
• Javonte Green has moved into the Top 10 at RU all-time. His 1,226 points places him 13th all-time. He currently has 676 career caroms, which is 8th place all-time.
• Javonte Green ranks 7th all-time at RU with 160 career steals.
• Javonte Green has 22 career double-doubles.
QUICK NOTES
• Radford is assured of its 29th winning season out of 40 years as a program.
• RU is 3-1 against NCAA Tournament teams from last year. (W vs. Liberty; W vs. North Carolina A&T; W vs. Florida Gulf Coast; L vs. UNLV).
• Prior to this season, RU had never recorded double-digit wins prior to Big South Conference play.

• Radford reached the century mark for the first time against a Div. I school since the 2009-10 season at VMI (W, 111-84)
• Radford overcame its largest deficit of the season (15) to come back and win vs. UNC Asheville.
• Brandon Holcomb blocked a career high 4 shots vs. UNC Asheville.
