RADFORD, Va. – The Radford women's basketball team closes its regular season Saturday against High Point, which clinched at least a share of the Big South regular season championship earlier this week. Prior to the 2 p.m. tipoff, the Highlanders will honor their lone senior, Breshara Gordon.

MEET THE PANTHERS
» In a battle for the Big South regular season title, High Point was able to escape Winthrop Coliseum Thursday night with a 74-71 victory over the Eagles. The Panthers own the tiebreaker scenarios, so they will be the No. 1 seed in next week's conference tournament.
» Keys leads the Panthers and the Big South in scoring at 17.6 points per game. The freshman already broke the single-season scoring record for a rookie and is on pace to break the single-season scoring record for any player. Cheyanne Parker holds that record with 536 points, which she accomplished last season. Keys enters Saturday's game with 493. She is one 3-pointer shy of tying the single-season record (67), which was set by Leslie Cook during the 2006-07 season. Keys averages 20 points per game against conference opponents.
» Stacia Robertson, a redshirt junior forward, also averages double-figure scoring at 11.9 points per game. The South Dakota transfer leads High Point in rebounding with her 8.6 average.
» HPU tops the league in scoring (72.8), blocks (4.5), steals (9.68) and turnover margin (+2.57).
» In addition to Keys, High Point receives significant contributions from newcomers Teddy Vincent, DeAnneisha Jackson and Latrice Phelps. HPU's newcomers are responsible for over half of the team's scoring.
» The Panthers' 15 Big South wins are the most in program history. HPU can tie its Division I single-season record for most wins with a victory against the Highlanders.

HIGH POINT SERIES AT A GLANCE
» The Panthers lead the all-time series (22-15) after defeating Radford (73-62) earlier this season. RU is in search of its first home win against High Point since 2011.

UP NEXT
» Radford heads to Conway, S.C. for the 2014 VisitMyrtleBeach.com Big South Women's Basketball Championship, which will be hosted by Coastal Carolina inside The HTC Center, March 4-9.
