RADFORD HOSTS GARDNER-WEBB IN PLAY 4KAY GAME

RADFORD, Va. – The Radford women's basketball team welcomes Gardner-Webb to the Dedmon Center Saturday at 2 p.m. for its Play 4Kay game. Fans are encouraged to wear pink in honor of breast cancer awareness.
 
MEET THE RUNNIN' BULLDOGS
» In Gardner-Webb's last outing, Catrina Green and Olivia Parker each recorded a double-double, but league-leading Winthrop was able to hold off a late run by the Runnin' Bulldogs to prevail, 57-52, Thursday night in Rock Hill, S.C.
» Green leads the Runnin' Bulldogs in scoring (14.4) and rebounding (10.6), which rank eighth and second, respectively, in the Big South. She is one of only two players in the league to average a double-double. Green also leads the Big South in field goal percentage, knocking down 57.8 percent of her shots. Her 1.50 blocks per game rank third in the league.
» Senior guard Jasmine Dale joins Green in double-figure scoring at 11.4 points per game, which rank 14th among conference players. Dale has drilled 48 3-pointers this season, while her 35.3 percent clip from downtown ranks fifth in the Big South.
» The Runnin' Bulldogs lead the league in rebounding at 47.2 per game and are second in rebounding margin (+8.9).
» Gardner-Webb averages 65.3 points per game (fifth in Big South), while surrendering 64 each time out (fifth in Big South). The Runnin' Bulldogs convert 38.5 percent of their attempts from the hardwood, including 28.1 percent from downtown. They rank ninth in free throw shooting at 63.4 percent.
» At 4.23 blocks per game, Gardner-Webb is tied for second in the conference.

» Each side has won seven games in the all-time series. Gardner-Webb and RU are not shy about going extra time to decide a victor, as the two sides have played five overtime games in the all-time series.
