Radford brings its school-record 10-game winning streak and first place standing in the Big South race home to RU Baseball Stadium beginning Friday for an important three-game series hosting Winthrop. First pitch Friday night is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Saturday's middle game of the set is slated for 4:00, and Sunday's series finale starts at 2:00.

Winthrop has won three straight games including scoring 38 runs in its last two games (26-7 at Furman, 12-7 at North Carolina A&T). The Eagles also own impressive wins on the season over South Carolina, Clemson, and a series win over Kennesaw State. WU has dropped two of three games in all three of its Big South series (Gardner-Webb, Coastal Carolina, High Point). As a team, the Eagles are batting .291 led by three players among the conference leaders in batting average (Roger Gonzalez .383, Brad Kaczka .368, Anthony Paulsen .341).
