PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. – Meagan Board carded a career-best three-day total of 233, finishing tied for 40th as Radford opened the fall portion of the 2016-17 schedule in the Golfweek Program Challenge, held at the Caledonia Golf & Fish Club.

The Highlanders finished with a three-round total of 971, finishing in 16th place. Boston College made a final round push to capture the championship with a 54-hole total of 865, edging Campbell by one stroke.

Board's previous career-best 54-hole tournament came at last year's Golfweek Program Challenge, tallying a 241 (77-79-85).

After finishing day one with an 80, Board fired back with a 77 on day two and a five-over par 76 on Tuesday. The 76 is the lowest round by Board in her time as a Highlander.

Also turning in her best 54-hole tournament, Morgan Cox finished with a (94-80-81) 255, finishing in 76th place.

Khushboo Thiagaraj finished tied for 42nd place, finishing the final round of the challenge with a 79, giving her a 54-hole total of 234.
