Radford returns home after playing its first 13 games on the road. The Highlanders wrapped up their five-game Spring Break swing with a two-game midweek series at William & Mary.
The Highlanders tallied four runs on 16 hits with all runs coming as RBIs. William & Mary also scored four runs on 15 hits.
Andrew Szamski continues to lead the Radford offense with 20 hits, ranking fifth in the Big South, while leading the team with a .385 batting clip.
The redshirt junior leads the Highlanders with two home runs and 10 RBIs.
Following Szamski, Kyle Butler is hitting .313 with eight RBIs. The duo is the only two Highlanders hitting over .300.
Butler has four two-hit games, leading the squad with six multi-hit games.
Five different Highlanders have six-plus RBIs on the season.
Spencer Horwitz and Szamski pace the Highlanders with four doubles each.
Colby Higgerson leads the way with a four-game hitting streak, while Straton Podaras and Szamski have reached base safely in six straight.
Despite a team 5.27 ERA, Radford's defense has been stout behind Highlander pitchers. The Highlanders possess a .981 fielding percentage, which is second in the league.
On the bump, Ryan Sande has yielded only seven hits in 13.0 innings, while composing a 2.77 ERA.
Out of the bullpen, Trey Alderman leads the way with a 1.08 ERA in 8.1 innings.
Austin Ross is the only pitcher with double-digit strikeouts, punching out 15 in 11.1 innings of relief.
