THE SERIES
Radford is 52-19 all-time against Charleston Southern and are 20-13 at the Buc Dome. The Highlanders have won nine of their last 10 contests against CSU.
 
LAST TIME OUT
Radford hit a season-high 11 three-point field goals and cruised to a 70-49 victory against the Winthrop Eagles on Saturday afternoon at the Dedmon Center.Redshirt junior forward Lydia Rivers returned to the lineup after missing the last three contests and posted game-highs of 17 points and 16 rebounds (tied her career-high) in 31 minutes off the bench. Senior guard Destinee Walker contributed 14 points and added a season-best six assists. Redshirt junior center Sydney Nunley posted her sixth straight double-double (14 points, 11 rebounds) and freshman guard Makaila Wilson added a  career-high 15 points (5-of-7 treys).

WALKER APPROACHING 1,000 POINTS/500 REBOUNDS 
Walker, who is now 19th all-time in a Radford uniform with 1,073 career points, has reached double-figures in scoring in 13 of 15 contests this season. She is 12 caroms shy of becoming just the 21st Highlander with 1,000 points and 500 rebounds. Walker is currently 6th in the league in scoring at 13.9 ppg, 10th in rebounding (6.9 pg.) and 11th in assists (2.6 pg.). She is averaging 8.5 rebounds per game over her last six contests and is 12-for-27 (.444) from three-point distance.
 
NUNLEY WINS SECOND STRAIGHT BIG SOUTH PLAYER OF THE WEEK AWARD
Nunley has enjoyed a spectacular six-game stretch at the center position and was rewarded with the Big South Player of the Week for the second consecutive time on Monday afternoon. The redshirt junior is averaging 18.2 points, 13.8 rebounds and 2.3 blocks per game over the last six contests. Nunley, who is 43-of-86 from the floor during the stretch, has started in all of those contests and is averaging 33.0 minutes per game. Her six double-doubles lead the conference and she has skyrocketed all the way up to fourth in the league in rebounding at 8.1 per game. She also leads the conference with 3.9 offensive rebounds per game and is now fourth with a .495 field goal percentage.
 
RIVERS AMONG THE NATION'S LEADERS
Despite missing the last three contests, Rivers continues to lead the Big South in rebounding and is 48th in the country at 9.7 per game. She also just outside of the top-100 in blocks (1.45 pg.).

HIGHLANDER MISCELLANEOUS
Head coach Mike McGuire is just one victory shy of becoming the fourth Highlander coach to win 100 games at Radford...Walker hit her 100th career trifecta against Winthrop…Junior guard Khiana Johnson needs three points to reach 700 for her career…The loss to Hampton was the first time the Highlanders have fallen when committing fewer turnovers than their opponent (6-1)...Radford is yielding an average of just 48.6 points per game in their nine victories and 73.8 ppg. in their six losses…Wilson is 9-for-17 (.529) from behind the arc over the last six games…Radford, who is 6-1 at home, is outscoring opponents by an average of 16.6 ppg. in their seven home contests.

ABOUT THE OPPONENT
Charleston Southern has dropped five of their last six contests but defeated Longwood on Saturday, 81-74...Ke'Asia Jackson is averaging a team-high 12.1 ppg...The Buc's average 65.9 ppg and are allowing 68.0 ppg.
