JERSEY TEE GIVEAWAY
The first 800 fans that arrive at Wednesday night's game will receive a jersey t-shirt that matches the design of the brand new gray uniforms the team will be wearing for the first time ever. The front of the shirt features the throwback "Highlanders" script while the back reads "Radford". The jersey number on the shirt is 24.

LAST TIME OUT
The Radford men's basketball team outscored Charleston Southern by 15 points in the second half to earn a come-from-behind 86-78 victory at the Dedmon Center on Thursday night.

Senior forward Ed Polite Jr. recorded his ninth double-double of the season and 35th of his career with a team-high 18 points and 10 rebounds. Redshirt sophomore Carlik Jones was his usual dynamic self, scoring 13 points to go along with eight assists and four boards.

Junior guard Travis Fields Jr. (14), graduate center Mawdo Sallah (12) and senior guard Caleb Tanner (12) all scored in double figures as well. Radford got 23 points from its bench, 21 points off turnovers and a 30-23 advantage in rebounds.

SERIES HISTORY
Dating back to the 1984-85 season, the Highlanders lead the all-time series with Campbell, 22-18. The Camels' three-game win streak against Radford was snapped on February 15 last season when the Highlanders flew out of the gates to a 25-4 lead before eventually winning, 72-53, in a national televised game on ESPNU.

IN EXCLUSIVE COMPANY
At 7-0 in Big South play, Radford is one of just 16 teams left in the nation still undefeated in conference play. With teams like Virginia, Virginia Tech, VCU, JMU and Richmond all in the loss column, the only teams left in the Commonwealth without a conference defeat are Radford, Liberty (7-0, A-SUN) and Norfolk State (7-0, MEAC).

RECORD WATCH
Senior forward Ed Polite Jr. made moves in several categories in the Radford record book last Thursday night:
  • Tied Don Burgess (1990-94) for fourth in career free throws made at 336
  • Tied Blake Smith (2009-13) and Anthony Walker (1993-97) for fourth in career steals at 183
  • Became the 10th player in program history to make 500 field goals in his career
  • Is one rebound away from become the second Highlander and fourth player in Big South history with 1,000 career rebounds
  • Is one game played away from entering the top-10 for career games played in Radford history

SCOUTING THE CAMELS
The Campbell men's basketball program has been working its way towards becoming a household name over the last couple years for one major reason: Chris Clemons. The senior guard leads the nation in scoring at 28.4 points per game and that's just the tip of the iceberg. He owns the country's longest active double-figure scoring streak at 102 straight games and recently became the top scorer in Big South history with 2,797 career points.

The Camels are currently playing the best they have all season, going 5-2 so far in the month of January. After being picked to finish fourth in the Big South Preseason Poll, they currently sit at 4-2 and are in a three-way tie with High Point and Hampton for third in the standings. Campbell struggles a bit away from home, going 2-5 in seven road contests this year.

As a team, Campbell is scoring 76.8 points per game and holding opponents to 71.1 points per game for a +5.7 scoring margin. Shooting accuracy (45.6%) is a strength as well as turnover margin (+3.6), but rebounding margin (-2.1) is an area they could improve in. Senior center Andrew Eudy is Clemon's right-hand man with a team-leading 6.7 rebounds and 3.6 assists per contest.

NEXT HOME GAME
Radford has a pair of road games before returning to the Dedmon Center on Saturday, Feb. 9 to host High Point and its new head coach, Tubby Smith. The game is slated for a 4 p.m. start and will be broadcast live on ESPN+. Tickets can be purchased on RadfordTickets.com or by calling the Radford Ticket Office at (540) 831-7889 during business hours.
