RADFORD TO HOST BIG SOUTH MEN'S BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME ON SUNDAY AT 1 P.M.

RADFORD, Va. – The 2019 Big South Men's Basketball Championship game is coming to the New River Valley on Sunday as the Highlanders host No. 4 Gardner-Webb at 1 p.m., inside the Dedmon Center for a chance to punch their ticket to the NCAA Tournament.

The second-seeded Highlanders will play in the title game for the second consecutive season following a 63-54 come-from-behind victory against No. 6 Charleston Southern in the semifinals.

Radford will face the fourth-seeded Runnin' Bulldogs, who upset top seeded Campbell on Friday by the score of 79-74. GWU has never been to the title game so the two programs will meet in the championship game for the first time in Big South history.
