How has your time at Radford affected you?
Bennett always tell us, "You have to know your truth." For me, It has completely changed my mentality in the weight room and in life. The only way you can know your truth is reaching your limits and being willing to fail. I've always been scared of this, but this year, I really challenged my body in ways that I didn't believe I was capable of. Now, the result is that I'm the strongest I've ever been, and I'm confident in the person I'm becoming on and off the court.
Even though it is technically the offseason, how has the 'season' being cut short affected you?
I was really disappointed that I wasn't able to keep training with my team. After the way our season ended last year, we entered the spring with a fire to train harder and we were on a great roll. Although our time together was cut short this spring, I know that everyone will be ready to make up for lost time once fall rolls around.
