Radford Falls at USC Upstate

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Radford women's soccer team fell to USC Upstate 0-1 Saturday night.
 
The Radford offense had many opportunities throughout the game firing off 32 shots in the 90 minutes played. 14 of those shots were on goal with 15 coming within the box. Radford also had eight corners to USC Upstate's three.
 
USC Upstate was able to find the winning goal in the 62nd minute which sealed their first win against Radford since their move up to Division I.
 
KEY STATS
  • Radford got off 32 shots tonight, their highest total of the season without a goal.
  • Brianna Oliver fired off the most shots on the night with seven while Alexeis Kirnos also shot five times.

Radford will come back home for a match with UNC Asheville next Wednesday.
